Song Details and Information
“Heaven” is a song I wrote in September 2021. It was supposed to be on my last EP but I didn’t finish it in time, which made me have time to make 2 different versions of the song. My friend Emily helped me decide which one to release, which is why the full title is “Heaven (Emily’s Version)”.
The song is about a perfect love; being able to make someone fall in love with you instantly and living happily ever after. However, nothing in life is perfect, so the song could also be seen as an unattainable love which makes it kind of sad. That’s why I wanted the song to be a piano ballad that sounds kind of sad.
