New York-based singer and songwriter Brianna Musco is releasing her debut EP, “Alter Ego.” The EP is a recollection of Brianna’s healing journey, including moments of self-realization/self-growth, as well as several personal experiences that shaped her into who she is today. Deciding to name the project “Alter Ego,” because of these experiences playing out during different stages in her life, Brianna is excited to share these tracks and connect with her listeners on a very personal level.Having played many roles in life within a short amount of time, Division I soccer player, world traveler, singer, and classical guitarist, Brianna knows many people, in varying stages of life, are searching for who they are and suffering from imposter syndrome. This is why she felt called to create a body of art for those people feeling just as lost as she does that is not only relatable but also motivating and meaningful.

Brianna Musco on EP, “Alter Ego”: “At the time, I was still closeted and trying to be what I thought others wanted me to be. I was forcing relationships, felt alone, and didn’t know who I was. Each track is a reminder to myself of all the relatable experiences that shaped me into the person I am today.”

About Brianna Musco:
Brianna Musco is a pop singer based out of New York City, best known for her hit singles “Never Stay” and “Paradise.” A former Division I soccer player for Delaware State University, Brianna uses her real-life experiences to create dark synth songs. Upon graduation, Brianna toured the entire US with her debut single “Forever” and was even invited to tour abroad in both the U.K. and Europe right before the pandemic.

Brianna spent the entire pandemic writing her debut EP, “Alter Ego.” She recorded all 5 tracks and her single “Never Stay” in Newcastle, England with producer Nick Mavromatis, drawing inspiration from musical acts such as PVRIS, The Weeknd, Halsey, and Fletcher. Her writing style was influenced by Stevie Nicks and Taylor Swift as she enjoys creating an entire experience for each song. Along with her debut EP, she will also be releasing a stripped acoustic version of all five songs to showcase her songwriting and musical talent.
