The Q is steadily growing a cooperative global community of LGBTQ creatives. Core to our mission and values is representation – in all that we do, we advocate for respectful and thoughtful inclusion. We work to ensure that this community has access to services and supports to assist them on their musical journey. The Q provides a safe and welcoming environment for all to create, explore and grow.
In addition to supporting LGBT creatives, we also pay close attention to growing our fanbase – whether it be through our Q32 music chart, our OUT LOUD podcast or radio show, our video shows, our blog articles, or even our Queer music playlists, we want to increase the reach of the LGBTQ creative community as well as expose audiences to new voices and stories. This work ties in with our youth engagement strategy – providing queer youth with positive and inclusive messaging from a growing community of LGBTQ creators.
